A couple of weeks ago my cousin April gave me a gift for Stella. It was this romper that our Grandpa Cass gave her when she was pregnant (14 years ago?) with Andrew. If you know our family, you know that Grandpa Cass would show often with really special gifts (show tickets, Michael Jackson 'Beat It' leather jackets, frozen chicken breasts, and so much more.) Well, Andrew turned out to be a boy :) but April kept this outfit safe. I promised I'd snap a photo (or two or three) of Stella in the little dress. I'm sure Stella will get more wear out of it this summer, but we will pack it for safe keeping until Andrew's little girl arrives! Thanks, April. (And Grandpa Cass.)
(I tried to wait until Grandpa's birthday--May 26--to post this...but I couldn't wait. Then I thought that with all the excitement with the NATO summit and protests--that this weekend would be an appropriate time to post something about Grandpa Cass!)
